Obituary of Graham McKillop
Graham T. McKillop, 89, of Moncton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Moncton Hospital. Born in Main River, NB, he was the son of the late William and Euphina (Cail) McKillop.
Graham retired after 36 years with Co-op Atlantic. He was a member of St. Philip’s Anglican Church. He enjoyed fishing, hiking and gardening, and was an avid spectator of boxing and horse carriage.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 60 years, Joyce McKillop (nee Hare); sons, Darcy McKillop (Tanya), Todd McKillop (Angie) and Aubrey McKillop (Jen); grandchildren, Zachary (Kelsey), Anna, Ben (Allie), Declan (Erin), Jessica (Joel) and Emily; great-granddaughter, Madelyn; brother-in-law, Vaughan Hare (Monika); as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his fifteen brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (506-858-1995) on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM. A reception will follow at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
Memorial contributions in Graham’s memory to The Friends of the Moncton Hospital, The Kidney Foundation or a Memorial of Choice would be appreciated. Online condolences may be shared at www.fergusonsfuneralhome.com
