‘I’ll never have a 9-to-5 job again’: Inside 27yo OnlyFans star’s bold real estate plan

Only Fans creator Annie Knight makes $200,000 a month

An Only Fans star who earns $200,000 a month has vowed never to work a 9-to-5 job again after turning her grueling side hustle into a lucrative property portfolio.

Annie Knight, a 27-year-old Gold Coast woman, was working as a marketing manager for a shopping center when she started creating adult content ‘on the deep’ in 2020 in an attempt to crack the property market.

Her earnings from the online subscription platform skyrocketed from an initial $10,000 to between $170,000 and $200,000 a month after she went public and became known as “Australia’s most sexually active woman” – visiting more than 300 people in one year .

The 27-year-old has a marketing degree

“When I started Only Fans, I was only making $60,000 from my marketing job and still living at home, and that was barely enough to get by,” says Ms. Knight, who has a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

“I really wanted to move out of my home, but owning property had always been my end goal. I had been saving since I was 23, but with each passing year the houses became more expensive and it became more and more difficult to reach that goal.

“That spike in my Only Fans income really helped me very quickly. After saving for four years, I was able to do it in just a few months,” she said.

The upward shift in her earnings came after Knight was fired from her office job — the employer said she hadn’t disclosed her “side hustle” — prompting her to devise a personal marketing strategy that vaulted her into the top 0.02 percent of creators , with 6,500 subscribers.

Knight made a 17 percent down payment and qualified for a first-time home buyer grant to purchase her first property in October 2023, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home priced at $750,000.

In January 2024, she paid $695,000 for an investment property, a three-bedroom house that rented for $695 a week.

“For the past two years I’ve been looking for ways to supplement my Only Fans income because it’s not something I want to be doing in ten years – it’s very tiring and takes a lot of energy and a very thick skin. said Knight.

“I hope to have a large real estate portfolio where the money I earn from rent is my income.

“I will certainly never have a 9 to 5 job again. I promised myself that.”

She said she found the constraints of her former full-time job “depressing” and “hated being told what to do.”

“Even when I was at school, I said I wanted to be my own boss. And sure enough, when I entered the corporate world, I was just so depressed. There were so many rules and restrictions.

“When I left I had so much freedom, not only financially, but also being able to travel whenever I wanted and having control over how much I could earn.”

Knight enlisted a local buyer’s agent to assist in her real estate search, ultimately securing the first home she inspected.

Her must-have features of the home included great lighting and privacy.

Benefits of her lifestyle include financial freedom and the ability to travel

Knight renovated the home’s dated interior to adapt to modern living standards, including styling a special movie room where a vision board on the wall shows a photo of her ultimate dream home.

“I wanted to increase the value of the property because I hope to pay off both the mortgages on my primary residence and my investment within a year, and use the equity to purchase another property,” she said.

“My dream house would be a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house with palm trees in the front yard and a swimming pool. I love that very modern, white outdoor plank look.”
