The equalizer season 4, episode 9 comes to CBS next week and considering we’re in May, we probably don’t need to tell you that it’s big!

Still, here’s your reminder that “The Big Take” will play a big role, whether it’ll be a stellar guest star role in Berto Colon from Power Book II: Spirit or the proximity of the final. Only two episodes left! Based on that alone, it feels fair to say that things will only get more intense as time goes on.

To get more news on what’s in store, check out the full synopsis for Season 4 Episode 9 below:

“The Big Take” – When a conman (Berto Colon) from Dante’s past attacks a prison transport, McCall and the team rush to take him down. Meanwhile, Aunt Vi and Dee’s girls’ trip is suddenly derailed when they find a woman in their house, and Harry risks his relationship with Mel when Fisk draws him deeper into his secret mission, in the CBS Original series THE EQUALIZER. Sunday May 12 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*.

What should you prepare if you participate in the final?

Think in terms of lots of action and drama – and probably some sort of big cliffhanger. This is the kind of thing we’ve come to expect here with this show over the years, but we honestly think they’ll have a near-impossible task trying to top what we saw last year. How can you do that, given that it seemed (at least briefly) like almost every character was dead? Good luck…
